U is for Unique
There is no other person like you. Not one. That is not a small thing — that is everything. The question is: what will you do with that power today?

U is for Unique
Uses your device voice — quality varies by browser and device.
There is no other person like you.
Not one. Not anywhere.
Similarities may exist between you and someone else — a shared laugh, a familiar trait, a kindred spirit — but there is only one you. One set of fingerprints. One particular combination of experience, perspective, heart, and voice. One you.
Now that is powerful in and of itself.
The question is: what will you do with that power today?
Built to Endure
Sometimes as individuals we feel that life is burdensome. And yes — life does come with challenges. We have touched on this before. But here is the truth that sits alongside that reality: as unique human beings, we are built to endure. We are wired to power through whatever arises.
Your own unique perspective, coupled with your determination to overcome, is your superpower. Nobody else sees the world quite the way you do. Nobody else brings exactly what you bring. That is not a coincidence. That is design.
Questions Worth Sitting With
You are one of a kind. Have you heard that before?
Did someone tell you this? Did you believe it?
Take a moment. Think back on those questions and answer them truthfully. Then go a step further — interrogate the answers.
- What do you actually believe about yourself?
- As a unique human being, what will be your contribution in this vast universe?
- How do you choose to show up — in your home, your work, your community?
- How do you want to be remembered?
- What legacy do you want to leave?
- How are you choosing to own your superpower?
These are not small questions. They are not meant to be answered quickly. Sit with them. Write about them. Let them work on you.
This Is Not Arrogance — This Is Ownership
This interrogation of self is not about arrogance or self-grandiosity. It is about understanding who you are and owning your power. It is about feeling confident — genuinely, quietly confident — that your unique character counts.
You have much to offer right where you are. You do not need to be somewhere else, someone else, or further along. Your contribution is needed now, in this season, in this form.
There is no other like you. That is not a motivational phrase. That is a fact. And it is worth being grateful for.
Your Daily Practice: Recognise Your Unique Self
Each day this week, begin with one intentional act of self-recognition. Here is your daily rhythm:
Monday — Write down one quality that is distinctly yours. Not a skill. A quality. How you love, how you listen, how you see.
Tuesday — Ask yourself: How did I show up uniquely today? Even in a small moment.
Wednesday — Recall a time you overcame something difficult. Acknowledge the unique strength that carried you through.
Thursday — Write your answer to this: What do I want to be remembered for?
Friday — Identify one way your unique perspective helped someone else this week — even without them knowing.
Saturday — Celebrate one thing about yourself that you have never said out loud before. Say it. Write it. Own it.
Sunday — Rest in the truth: There is no other like me. And that is enough.
Carry this with you. Not as a performance. As a quiet, steady knowing.
What is one word that describes your uniqueness? I would love to hear it — write to us at [email protected].
