Extras: There Is Only One You

There is only one you. Why not choose to be the best version? When we reflect on our lives in the final analysis, what will matter is our authenticity — how true we were to what we felt deep in our core.

There is only one you.

Why not choose to be the best version?

When we reflect on our lives in the final analysis, what will matter is our authenticity. How true we were to what we felt deep in our core. No filters. No pretence. Just us — with ourselves, being real.

If You Had a Second Act

If you had the opportunity for a second act, what would you change?

How would you rewrite the script?

What would the best version of you look like — not the version shaped by expectation, or habit, or the quiet fear of being too much or not enough — but the version that is most fully, honestly, unapologetically you?

Sit with that question for a moment. Not to judge what comes up. Just to notice.

Look Back at the Last 26 Days

Examine your reflections over the last 26 days.

You might just become aware of a pattern — or a quality you never gave much attention before. Something that kept surfacing. Something that felt a little more alive when you leaned into it. Something that, when you were honest with yourself, you recognised as yours.

That is not a coincidence.

That is you, showing you something.

Give Yourself Permission

Lean in.

Give yourself permission to be in that flow — to follow the thread of what the last 26 letters have been quietly revealing about your desires, your values, your way of moving through the world.

The best version of you is not a distant, perfected ideal. It is not someone else's definition of success or goodness or enough. It is the version of you that is most aligned with what you know to be true — about who you are, what you care about, and how you want to show up.

That version already exists inside you.

The only question is whether you are willing to choose it.

The Final Reflection

This journey began with a single letter. It has moved through 26 doorways, 26 invitations, 26 moments of honest looking.

And this conversation — this extended, ongoing exchange between you and yourself — keeps going. Because growth does not stop at a letter or a page. The invitation here is simply the next one, and perhaps the most personal of all:

Choose yourself. Choose your authenticity. Choose the version of you that, when you look back one day, you will be proud to have been.

There is only one you.

That is not a limitation. That is a gift.

What pattern or quality has this journey revealed in you? What would the best version of you choose today? We would love to hear from you at [email protected].
